The Internet is singing the praises of a nurse technician at St. Thomas West Hospital in Nashville after a video of her treating a patient to a spine-tingling rendition of “Amazing Grace” went viral this week.

On Sunday afternoon Olivia Kilburn shared a Facebook video showing nurse tech Mikea Braden singing the beloved hymn to her 71-year-old grandmother, Patsy Tate.

"The nurse tech was humming a song and my grandfather said, “I bet you know 'Amazing Grace.'” Kilburn told WTTG, "And she said “Yeah! I’m gonna sing it for y’all!”'

And sing it she did. How sweet the sound, indeed!

“My granny is sick at St. Thomas hospital in Nashville and she has been blessed with the BEST nurse tech!!” Kilburn wrote alongside the heart-warming clip.

Tate’s heart had reportedly “been out of rhythm,” but Braden’s song seems to have worked its magic because she was released on Monday.
