McDonald’s Unveils First New Seasonal Beverage in More Than 5 Years
Pumpkin spice who? This inventive new flavor already has sugar plums dancing in our heads.
While other brands are busy celebrating the fall season with their latest pumpkin spice creations, McDonald's is forging its own caffeinated path.
This morning, the fast food giant announced McCafé's first new seasonal beverage in more than five years: the mouth-watering McCafé Cinnamon Cookie Latte.
A McDonald's press release describes the new holiday-inspired beverage as combining "the captivating aroma and tastes of cinnamon to evoke the warm feelings of the season."
This sweet new drink is made with cinnamon flavor, milk, freshly brewed 100% Rainforest Alliance Certified espresso, and topped off with a sprinkle of cinnamon "for a creamy delight." The flavor is available all day long in hot or iced lattes beginning November 6 and throughout the holiday season. Pro tip: order it hot to get it in the store's new bright, winter-themed McCafé holiday cups.

And that's not the only treat McDonald's has up its sleeve this year. By popular demand, the chain's holiday lineup also includes the return of McCafé Donut Sticks, this time paired with a new Chocolate Sauce for dipping. Like the Cinnamon Cookie Latte, the Donut Sticks will be available for a limited time starting November 6.
