First up: How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days.

Oh, Matthew McConaughey, how you make our hearts sing. Earlier this week, we were moved to learn that the actor hosted virtual bingo for seniors at a retirement home in Round Rock, Texas. Now, we're glued to the edge of our seats over a new announcement the star made on Instagram:

"I'm gonna do a little something different with my Instagram right now, seeing in these times of the coronavirus we're all quarantining at home...which means we have more screen time," he says. "So I'm gonna be going over a lot of my movies, give you some fun tidbits that maybe you hadn't heard before. And maybe you'll find them funny. Maybe you'll want to rent the movie. They're all streaming out there anyway—check 'em out," he concludes. Indeed, during the coronavirus crisis as we stay safe at home, we're grateful to have the option to watch so many films from streaming services.

The first insider look in the "McConaughey Takes" series is from the 2003 favorite, How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days. In the two-and-a-half-minute clip, McConaughey reveals what makes a romantic comedy work, what it was like co-starring with Kate Hudson, the role of the audience, and more. Check it out below.

This first installment of "McConaughey Takes" definitely piqued our interest and we're already looking ahead for what's to come. If you're taking votes, Mr.McConaughey, allow us to submit Dazed and Confused, Amistad, and Angels in the Outfield (1994) for your consideration. What movies would you most like to see McConaughey provide his commentary on in this new series?

We sure would like quarantine life to soon be a distant memory, but here's to hoping this entertaining offering will help make the days pass just a little bit faster and more enjoyably.
