'Tis the season...for Magnolia Market's epic warehouse sale. This January 26th and January 27th, Chip and Jo's Magnolia Market will offer steep discounts on decor, furniture, rugs, and lightly damaged products.

To avoid Magnolia mayhem, Magnolia Market put together a handy guide to the upcoming sale, which will be hosted at the Extraco Events Center. Here's what you need to know:

1. Arrive early.

Doors open at 7:00am, and lines will likely form earlier. If you want to get first dibs, set your alarm clock like a five-year-old's internal alarm on Christmas Eve.

2. Get in the right line.

This year, the event will have two entrances; one for those interested in buying furniture, and the other for home decor and sale items. The furniture sale entrance will be on the left side of the Exhibits Building (presumably, the home decor entrance will be on the opposite side).

3. Magnolia Market gift cards are accepted.

*Rejoices over Christmas bounty.* Yes, cash and credit cards, along with checks, will be accepted, too.

4. All furniture must be picked up same day.

No ifs, ands, or aunt is coming tomorrow with her pickup truck.

5. Plan a trip to the Silos pre- or post-sale.

The Warehouse sale is roughly 15 minutes away from the Silos, so you'll have plenty of time to make your pilgrimage there (and all the best Waco photo ops) while you're in town.

Above all: Don't run, be respectful of someone vying for that last 'Fixer Upper' flower vase, and fear not—there are restrooms on site.
