It may be the depths of winter, but it's time to start thinking ahead to your summer vacation.

And if you have your sights set on Waco, Texas—home of Chip and Joanna Gaines' bustling Magnolia empire—there's no better place to cozy up in than in one of the "Magnolia Stay" vacation rentals. "Ready to rest, unplug and get inspired? Our vacation rental bookings for July-September 2020 will open Thursday, Jan. 23 at 10am CT!" a Magnolia Instagram post announced last week. "These fill up fast, so if this has been on your bucket list, come ready to book."

When planning your vacation with Magnolia, you can choose from one of three vacation homes in the Waco, Texas area: Carriage House (featured on season 3 of Fixer Upper!), Hillcrest Estate, and Magnolia House. With nightly rates from $347.50 to $1,295, these homes away from home aren't cheap, but each sleeps six-to-12 people, so the price-per-head is a little less of a sticker shock.  For more details on each space and to book your vacation, visit Magnolia.com/Stay.

If you can peel yourself away from any of these homes' beautiful interiors, there's much to explore while you're out and about in Waco. We're sure you already have Chip and Jo's Magnolia Market at the Silos on your list, and here's some more inspiration of cool spots around town. And if that weekend you wanted to visit Waco is already booked solid for all three Magnolia Stay homes, did you know Chip ad Jo are opening a hotel, scheduled to open in 2021? Maybe Waco can wait one more year, after all.
