According to a press release on PR Newswire, Lowe's seasonal employees can enjoy perks like a 10% employee discount and flexible hours. Part-time and full-time employees can receive a 401(k), health and wellness benefits, tuition reimbursement, and more.

Lowe's also goes above and beyond to be an active part of the local communities of each store. "In 2017, for the third consecutive year, 100 percent of Lowe's 1,700-plus U.S. stores served their communities through a Lowe's Heroes volunteer community project–from restoring parks to improving schools," the press release states. It also notes that after hurricanes Harvey and Irma, the company donated $2.5 million for storm relief, along with more than 3,000 Lowe's employees volunteering to offer support to stores in affected areas and those communities.
