Marie Dueitt Katz has a Thanksgiving tradition that’s a little bit odd. For the past eight years, the mom from Mobile, Alabama, has been dressing in costume to entertain Black Friday shoppers at her husband's hometown Walmart in Greenville.

“I’ve been the Elf on a Shelf, Choir lady, Quaker Oats guy, and dressed in an inflatable Santa while jumping at people walking by. This year was my favorite getting my 16-year-old son, Bennett involved,” she told WKRG.

This time around, it’s not just the shoppers who got to enjoy Marie’s unique form of holiday cheer. A video (below) of her and Bennett dressed as Little Debbie and a Christmas Tree Cake respectively, has been taking the internet by storm since Thanksgiving.

In the week since Thanksgiving, the funny clip has raked in more than 1.4 million views and been shared upwards of 24,000 times.  Marie said it’s her most popular Thanksgiving performance yet.

“I actually got a message from the “real” Little Debbie’s husband yesterday!” she told the local news station. “He said that she got a kick out of the dance.”
