Krispy Kreme Debuts Mini Dessert Doughnuts Collection with Lemon Bar, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and More

Remember when we weren't dreaming about doughnuts 24/7? Yeah, neither do we.

Thankfully, Krispy Kreme got our telepathic message and decided to further delight taste buds nationwide with the launch of a collection of limited edition mini doughnuts in flavors inspired by some of our favorite desserts. The Mini Dessert Doughnut Collection debuted at participating shops across the country on January 11, and includes four delectable mini doughnuts: Lemon Bar, Strawberry Cheesecake, Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough, and Birthday Cake. You can purchase two-count, four-count, or 16-count boxes of the doughnuts through January 31.

In addition to this sweet release, Krispy Kreme has also announced a new promotion on Wednesdays, "Win-days." On upcoming Wednesdays in January (so, January 13, 20 and 27) the doughnut empire will offer special doughnut deals to be announced on social media. "...celebrating any and all wins — including small ones — is a way we can keep each other's spirits up," said Krispy Kreme Chief Marketing Officer Dave Skena of the news in a company press release. We think we'll embrace the "Win-days" outlook a bit early and celebrate with these tantalizing mini doughnuts today.

Here's a rundown of the flavors, per their official descriptions:

Mini Strawberry Cheesecake Doughnut: "A mini doughnut dipped in cream cheese icing and topped with graham cracker crumble, Cheesecake Kreme™ and a strawberry drizzle."

Mini Birthday Cake Doughnut: "A mini doughnut topped with confetti cake crumbles and decorated with a dollop of birthday cake flavored buttercream and sprinkles."

Mini Lemon Bar Doughnut: "A mini doughnut dipped in yellow icing and topped with shortbread crumbles, powdered sugar, and a lemon curd swirl."

Mini Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Doughnut: "A mini doughnut dipped in chocolate icing and topped with cookie dough filling, chocolate drizzle, and mini chocolate chips."
