Now here's something you don't see every day!

Key Largo resident Victor Perez told Miami Herald that about a week ago he was looking out toward the bayside canal behind his Key West house when an unusual sight caught his eye.

"I'm on my balcony, and all of a sudden, I see this noodle and there's a crocodile hanging off of it," Perez recalled. "I had to get my phone."

And we're so glad he did. The photo Perez snapped, of a giant crocodile floating around on a yellow pool noodle, is one for the ages.

"It was just cruising along, and I was like, ‘OK, where's the swimmer?'" he continued with a laugh. "‘What happened to the guy with the noodle?'"

Perez, who owns Reef Tropical Cleaning and Services, reportedly snapped the photo in a canal by mile marker 105.5. He told the Herald that crocs are a frequent sight in the canal, but the pool noodle is something new.

"I don't know how he got that thing," Perez joked, "but he looked like just any typical Florida tourist!"
