Congratulations are in order for Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban! Variety reports that after more than two years on and off the market (and a $750,000 price deduction), the power couple has finally sold their rural Tennessee farmhouse.

The longtime lovebirds added the rural, 5,086-square-foot, four-bedroom retreat located 30 miles south of Nashville to their impressive real estate portfolio for $2.45 million in 2007. The original listing price of the 36-acre property was an optimistic 3.45 million. However, declining offers eventually led them to settle on a cool $2.7 million a few days before Thanksgiving.

The quaint brick home is situated at the end of a long private drive and surrounded by lush trees. A charming guest cottage, sprawling grounds and a walk-in closet worthy of its former A-list owners are the stars of this quaint country retreat.

Kidman and Urban's other homes include a 12,000-square-foot downtown Nashville mansion, a penthouse in Sydney, Australia, a sleek contemporary home in Beverly Hills and a duplex condo in New York City.
