It's always a good opportunity to let the women in your life know how much they mean to you. Yesterday, March 8th, International Women's Day, proved a fitting day for countless women (and men, too) to take to social media and share their love and admiration for the women that have touched their lives.

Out of the many celebrities who did so, Jenna Bush Hager shared a particularly moving post with her instagram followers. "A lot of what is beautiful in my life has come from the strong women who have come before me. My mom, Ganny and Grammee taught me and B to use our voices—each of them using theirs in such unique ways," Bush Hager captioned a series of heartwarming photos, giving fans a glimpse into private family moments from her childhood and the present day.  "I promise to hold your hands, as they did, and let you know you can bring light to the world my darlings, M and P."

Grammee, Laura Bush, also shared her own post on instagram for International Women's Day from the George W. Bush Presidential Center.

We hope Jenna's "Ganny,"  former first lady Barbara Bush, was also able to see her granddaughter's moving words, even if she doesn't have an instagram handle of her own.
