What's a crowd-pleasing dessert everyone will love this holiday weekend? Ina Garten's vote is in: Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp.

"I love having summer parties but it’s gotten harder to plan a menu now that it feels like everyone is on a special diet. Dessert can be especially tricky, but I always try to make one that everyone can eat. This weekend, I’m baking my usual Strawberry Rhubarb Crisp with a gluten-free oatmeal crumble on top," Garten captions the series of three photos on instagram of the crumble coming together. "The sweet, tart fruit is so good with the buttery, crunchy topping. Trust me, no one will even know that it’s gluten-free!! (Just don’t forget to serve it with lots of good vanilla ice cream!)"

Garten was kind enough to share the full recipe on her blog here. When making a fruit crumble, be sure to avoid these three common mistakes.

Now, if you'll excuse us, it's time to hit the farmer's market and make the most of rhubarb season. Happy baking, ladies and gents.
