Chipotle is Honoring Nurses with Free Food on Wednesday
Chipotle is leading the charge in taking care of those who have dedicated their professional lives to taking care of others. This Wednesday, in celebration of the valuable contributions made by nurses, the Mexican Grill is giving practitioners a taste of their own medicine in only the best (and tastiest) way possible—with a free burrito, bowl, salad, or tacos.
Although the chain is a little late to the appreciation party, considering National Nurses Day is reserved every year on May 6, it's better late than never to commemorate and honor the tireless and courageous work of our caregivers. And Chipotle is doing just that on June 14 with their buy-one-get-one free food deal.
To qualify for the promotion, nurses need to bring their nursing license or identification and show it to the cashier to get free food with the purchase of any entree. Sorry, but showing up in your scrubs won't cut it. And, the best part is that it doesn't matter which rung of the nursing administration ladder you fall on, as RNs, CNAs, NPs, CRNAs, CNMs, LVNs, and all other designations are eligible. However, the special, all-day freebie is only applicable for in-restaurant (not online) orders at any U.S. location and in Canada.
