Florida Man really did it this time.

Marriage isn’t easy, but one husband managed to drive his wife (we’ll call her “Sheila”) to new levels of desperation last week.

According to WFLA, 69-year-old Sheila called and texted the Largo Police Department numerous times to make non-criminal complaints about her husband and ask about the process of filing for divorce.

Aided by a few too many drinks, spurned Sheila contacted dispatchers about her husband for the last time at 1:50 a.m. on Friday, when law enforcement decided to pay her a visit. Police ultimately arrested her for “misuse of the system,” though we imagine she didn’t mind spending the night away from her offending husband.

Our dear Sheila isn’t the first passionate Floridian to get swept up by their emotions and reach for 911. In May, a six-year-old Tallahassee boy called police because he was lonely and wanted a friend.

While it might seem like it at the time, needing relationship advice isn’t actually an emergency, and calling 911 to report non-criminal drama could land you in a jail cell.

But, for what it’s worth, we’re with you, Sheila.
