Fixer Upper fans looking to make a pilgrimage to Waco will be thrilled to learn that booking is now open for Chip and Joanna Gaines’ coveted vacation properties: Hillcrest Estate and Magnolia House.

The Waco wonder-couple announced via Instagram on Wednesday that their lifestyle empire Magnolia is now accepting reservations for July through December 2019 at both of their stunning central-Texas estates.

You might recognize Magnolia House from the season 3 episode of Fixer Upper which documents Chip and Jo’s transformation of a sagging old Victorian beauty into a charming bed and breakfast. Located in the historic town of McGregor, just 20 minutes outside of Waco, this Joanna-designed home sleeps up to 8 comfortably. The entire house is available for $695.00 per night.

This home sleeps 12 comfortably and is ideal for a weekend getaway with friends and family.
