This Woodway, Texas ranch home, featured on the fourth season of Chip and Jo's Fixer Upper has no shortage of enticing features. Giant backyard? Plenty of natural light? A roomy open floor plan? Check, check, and check for the 1950s beauty that's just outside of Waco.

Despite all these assets, the 1,763-square-foot "Plain Gray Ranch," as it was called on the show, has been on the market for months and is yet to sell.

HGTV's First Couple worked wonders on the home, adding a fireplace, double French doors, an all new master bathroom, and more, as Realtor.com reports. Despite all of Chip and Jo's thoughtful upgrades, new owners are yet to bite. Now the three-bedroom two-bathroom home has been relisted for $260,000 — a 20% drop from its initial asking price of $325,000.
