What could be better than a cozy Texas cottage? A cozy Texas cottage designed by Chip and Joanna Gaines, of course! That's right y'all: the "Baker House" from the fifth and final season of Fixer Upper is on the market for the second time since 2018.

You might remember the charming the home from the tear-jerking "New Chapter, New House" episode in which Chip and Jo transformed a lackluster bungalow for a widow named Patti Baker.

The two-bedroom, 1,432-square-foot home, located on Herwol Avenue in Waco, was renovated to include a home office and a comfortable main bedroom suite with plenty of closet space. But the most important feature was the fact that it was close to Baker's adult sons. But life has other plans. Almost immediately she found romance with an old family friend, prompting her to list the home shortly after moving in.

Today, the house has once again found itself for sale, this time for $359,500. Listing agent Shelly Negrete confirmed to Today that there have been no structural changes to the home since its appearance on Fixer Upper.
