You've Got to Read Erin Napier's Emotional Mother's Day Note

Yesterday, HGTV's "Home Town" star, Erin Napier took to instagram to share a heartwarming post in honor of Mother's Day. Grab the tissues.

"We found out she was coming one year ago today. Mother's Day morning. I didn't even realize what day it was when I woke up and took the test. We cried because we were so afraid and so relieved and so happy. This morning they gave me breakfast in bed, a book to record her hand and footprints every year on Mother's Day. But best of all, the 200 year old magnolia that I climbed in my parents yard growing up germinated little magnolias in the woods around it. Ben dug one up that we'll plant in our backyard for Helen. I don't know why I was afraid of any of this. My sweetest gifts," Erin wrote. Tugging on our heartstrings further, she added: "I'm thinking of you who are struggling with the journey to motherhood this morning."

Hubby Ben kept it short and sweet for Mother's Day, sharing two posts on instagram, one for wife Erin and another for his mother, Bennie.
