This App Basically Lets You Try on Meghan Markle's Engagement Ring
Channel your inner royal.
What's the fun in oohing and ahhing over Meghan Markle's three-stone engagement ring without thinking about the stunner on your own finger? Well, there's an app for that.
Using the website or app Diamond Hedge, you can test-drive a ring just like Markle's thanks to a new augmented reality service. As Brides reports, doing so is simple. With the "Virtual Try On" functionality, you upload a picture of your left hand and then place a ring on your finger. Next, you'll select the carat size, diamond shape, and ring setting. To copy Markle's, you'll want a three-stone yellow gold setting with a three-carat cushion-cut diamond (gasp). If you're in the market for a new rock, you can then compare diamonds and make your selection before adding your customized creation to your shopping cart and checking out.
