How have we gotten through the past few months? A whole lot of Dolly Parton, baking, phone calls with friends, and Sweet Magnolias streaming. Did we mention Dolly Parton?

Recently, we were excited to learn that Dolly Parton's first holiday album in 30 years, A Holly Dolly Christmas, will debut on October 2. The album includes classic songs like "Holly Jolly Christmas," "All I want for Christmas Is You," and "I Saw Mommy Kissing Santa Claus," along with special guest spots from brother Randy Parton, Miley Cyrus (Parton's goddaughter), Billy Ray Cyrus, Michael Bublé, Willie Nelson, and Jimmy Fallon. As soon as the second of next month arrives, you can bet your bottom dollars we'll be spinning Christmas songs pretty much nonstop from there on out.

A few days ago, Parton shared a behind-the-scenes glimpse of recording A Holly Dolly Christmas on social media, noting, "Recording #AHollyDollyChristmas was a little different than our typical studio sessions…." Indeed, the Smoky Mountain Songbird certainly looks different with a face mask on, but we'd say her golden yellow mask is a stylish accompaniment to her studded black ensemble and peep toe heels.

Fans eagerly chimed in with their comments on the photo, with responses like "Dolly needs to do tutorials on how to wear sky high heels every day" to "Love you Dolly! Can’t wait to play this all through the holidays!" Our personal favorite remark? "The world is a better place with @dollyparton in it."

We can't wait to get this holiday album playing in our homes. Share with us: What's your favorite music to listen to these days? Are you all about playing the oldies or are you finding joy in new music? As for us, we're staying tuned into Dolly FM practically 24/7.
