A whole new...billboard.

That's the Aladdin lyric riff one hopeful job seeker is singing, at least. Brandon Fox, who currently lives in New York thought outside the box when it come to applying for a dream job at Disney in Orlando, Florida: He posted a billboard on State Road 535 that declared “Dear Walt Disney World Executives and HR, experienced EA/PA Professional seeking position as a WDW Assistant."

Fox also listed a contact email and his phone number so Disney execs could follow up, as Orlando's WKMG-TV initially reported.

"I can’t imagine how many resumes Disney gets every day. I just wanted to think of a way to show that I’m not just a piece of paper, and that I needed to stand out somehow," Fox told the news outlet.

WKMG-TV reached out to Disney World regarding the bold move and a company spokesperson got back to the TV outlet, stating, "We appreciate the creativity and encourage anyone interested in a role with us to apply at disneycareers.com."

Fox was pleased to learn his efforts were noticed, replying to Disney's response, saying, "That’s perfect. That’s music," he said.  "They gave me the goosebumps, honestly."

Some story, huh? Don't underestimate how far a little ingenuity can go in applying for a gig in a competitive job market, everyone. As for Mr. Fox, do keep us posted on how the job hunt is going.
