Clint Harp Has THE Nicest Things to Say About Working with Joanna Gaines
Just when we thought we couldn't be any more obsessed with the relationship between Clint Harp and Fixer Upper's Chip and Joanna Gaines, we come across a recent Popsugar interview with the woodworking genius.
Harp, who was completely broke before running into Chip at a Waco gas station, revealed that there's even more to his working relationship with Joanna than an appreciation for salvaged wood. They also just get each other—and that's not something you come across every day, and certainly not at a gas station.
Not surprisingly, Harp has nothing but good things to say about his home-design fairy godmother.
"One of the things I love about Joanna is that she's a very driven person, and she knows what she wants. And so there rarely is ever any confusion," he tells Popsugar. "There's not a lot of guessing for me to do—she knows what I can do. She knows how I can deliver. And I know what she's thinking when she says certain things and whatnot."
He also acknowledged how years of working together has enabled them to basically read each other's minds.

"Our personalities just kind of work well together. But the other part, and I would say almost a bigger part, is just literally over time working together on so many pieces and learning how each other works has probably been the thing that's helped us the most," he notes, "I'm usually not in doubt at all of what she wants. So I know if I will just make the thing that she wants and that she described to me, there shouldn't be any problems."
And deliver he does!
