Chip and Jo's Magnolia Headquarters May Move to New Building Under Contract for $1.1 Million
Chip and Joanna Gaines' Magnolia Market's operations could be packing up for a new location soon!
Don't worry, the company isn't leaving their beloved hometown of Waco. But as Chip and Jo expand their Magnolia empire, it may be time for Waco's First Couple to consider a new hub for their thriving brand. As Mike Copeland reported in the Waco Tribune-Herald, the duo have placed downtown Waco's 1928 Grand Karem Shrine building under contract for $1.1 million
"We're contemplating how to make it work as our new headquarters," Gaines told the Waco Tribune-Herald. "We haven't closed on the property, but we're seriously considering it." Currently, Magnolia's HQ "is practically in the suburbs," as Chip quipped to the newspaper, noting that moving it to the downtown district would be a "cool thing" for the community. Conveniently, this new space is also within a short walking distance to the Magnolia Market Silos.

Beyond this potential real estate deal, there's also plenty of other excitement going on in the Magnolia universe, including welcoming Sunday church services at Magnolia Market and the spring 2018 opening of the couple's restaurant, Magnolia Table.
