In a blog post on Chick-fil-A's The Chicken Wire, Kevin Watts, a director for Chick-fil-A Peachtree at Collier in Atlanta, unpacked the secrets behind the Chick-fil-A Grilled Chicken Cool Wrap. We learned that the wrap is actually a flaxseed flour flatbread, from Damascus Bakery. We learned about the special folding technique Chick-fil-A staffers use to get things just so. We learned that sometimes veggies used in these wraps are picked the day before they're served to guests.

But one genius tidbit in the article caught our eye, and it's even more mindblowing than Chick-fil-A's secret menu.

Two words: Dressing swap. As the post describes, "The Avocado Lime Ranch dressing pairs so well with the wrap that it’s almost like the two were made for each other. But if a hint of lime isn’t your thing, the other Chick-fil-A dressings also work well with the wrap." We were excited to learn that Watts mixes things up by accessorizing this wrap with the Chili Lime Vinaigrette, made with dehydrated ancho chili pepper, apple cider vinegar, onion, roasted tomatoes, lime juice, and more. Infusing the wrap's contents with a zingy touch of heat, we think this easy switch makes the cool wrap a whole lot cooler. Cool appétit!
