Chick-fil-A Has a New Fall Drink—But There’s a Catch
A milkshake that's right after our Southern hearts.
Calling all Chick-fil-A Frosted Lemonade lovers! ...and Frosted Coffee! ...and Frosted Sunrise!
Many Chick-fil-A fans adore the icy-cold flavored treats — known as a Frosted — made from a beverage like orange juice or coffee combined with vanilla Icedream into a sweet, swirly oblivion. Now, The Chick is looking to expand their Frosted lineup with the addition of the Frosted Key Lime. Starting today, Monday, October 1st, the tangy offering will be available in select Austin-area restaurants for a "limited time," according to a company blog post. Currently, the drink is only being tested in the ATX, but Chick-fil-A is known to debut menu additions nationwide after successful testing, such as with the Frosted Sunrise.

"Frosted Key Lime is a hand-spun combination of vanilla IceDream®, Chick-fil-A Lemonade (or Diet Lemonade) and natural, sugar-free lime flavoring made from a blend of key limes, kaffir limes and Persian limes," writes Sabrina Lewis, describing the mouthwatering new drink. Bonus: "It gets its pale green color from a mix of spirulina and turmeric – both known for being rich in nutrients and having numerous health benefits," Chick-fil-A Chef Christy Cook says of the superfoods featured in the new drink.
The Frosted Key Lime is available in small and large servings, starting at $3.39. Bottoms up for some Key Lime Milkshake-level deliciousness, y'all!
