Now, the Food Network star has whetted our appetites further by sharing a fun video of one of her most cherished chicken recipes: Cashew Chicken. "Cashew Chicken! A lifelong favorite. I used diced boneless, skinless chicken thighs, but you can use chicken breasts if that's more your jam," she captioned the post on instagram. "Or, do an all-veggie version with broccoli florets, zucchini chunks, onions, bell peppers, and baby corn. Either way, delicious!"
Indeed, the Chinese-inspired recipe is a tasty delight, with oyster sauce, rice vinegar, and ginger giving the dish a nice tang, balanced by the mild sweetness of cashews.
