We all those nights when we have lofty plans of making a homemade casserole and a big salad, but wind up with a box of fried chicken and french fries.

Bunmi Laditan, author of several books, including Confessions of a Domestic Failure, poked fun at that failed ideal in a recent Facebook post that has racked up 4,290 likes and counting since it was posted on August 20th.
