When hunger strikes in Fayetteville, North Carolina, let your nose lead you to Third Base Restaurant & Bar. Actor Bill Murray clearly wasn't disapointed by that move after a visit to the new baseball themed, downtown eatery last week.

An avid baseball fan himself, (he's actually a part-owner of several teams), Murray told the staff he was en route to Philly and made a stop in Fayetteville to see the new minor league baseball stadium being erected in town, reports the Fayetteville Observer.

So what did the funnyman order? Two orders of onion rings, fries, and a burger wtih bacon and a fried egg, washed down with the North Carolina classic beverage, Cheerwine. Upon getting his check, Murray included an $100 tip for the restaurant staffers to enjoy.

After the star's visit, the restaurant is toying with the idea of naming this bacon-and-egg burger in his namesake. Based on the grin on his face, we're guessing that would make the dish a home run.
