It's the most hallowed spot at Augusta National Golf Club. In fact, some would argue that it's the most hallowed places in all of golf.

And for a few moments on Friday—day two of the 2019 Masters Tournament—"Amen Corner" was the most romantic spot in golf.

Tucked away in a corner of one of the sport's most exclusive clubs, Amen Corner is the umbrella term for the 11th, 12th, and 13th holes. And it's where Robert McKnight got down on one knee and proposed to his longtime love Kathryn Sloan while the golf community looked on.

McKnight is originally from Kilmarnock, Scotland, and Sloan is from Las Vegas, Golf Magazine reports. The pair met nine years ago on a Florida golf course, so when the time came, McKnight decided that Amen Corner would be the perfect place to pop the question.

It turns out he was right.

Photos of the moment captured by photographer Christian Hafer are a golf-lover's dream come true. Some might even call it a hole in one. "It was absolutely perfect," McKnight told Golf.

We couldn't agree more. Congrats you two!
