Birmingham, AL – The homes up for grabs in the Southern Living, My Home Ideas.com, Choose Your Home Giveaway open for tours in May. Tickets are available at the door for $5. Southern Living and MyHomeIdeas.com partnered with local developers to build these beautiful homes in four communities across the South. Don’t miss the opportunity to see these inspiring interiors in person:
- Callaway Gardens in Pine Mountain, GA: Opening date May 18, hours are 9 a.m. - 6 p.m. daily.
- Habersham, outside of Beaufort, SC: Opening date May 16, hours are 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., except Tuesday (closed) Open Sunday 11 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- Traditions Club in Bryan, Texas: Opening date May 2, hours are Thursday 10 a.m. - 6 p.m., Friday and Saturday 10 a.m. – 7 p.m., and Sunday 1 p.m. – 5 p.m.
- Whisper Mountain near Asheville, NC: Opening date May 6, hours are Wednesday – Saturday 11 a.m. - 5 p.m., Sunday 1 p.m. - 5 p.m.
Each community was chosen for its unique style and the variety of family activities and cultural opportunities offered in the area.
Users can enter once daily on each site (a total of two entries per day) through June 30, 2009. Each time they enter they are asked to choose which one of the retreats they would like to win. Complete sweepstakes details are available online.
