Pardon the play on words, but guests would be absolutely starstruck to walk into an entry like this marble-tiled fantasy. The foyer has floor-to-ceiling custom picture windows, a cantilever spiral staircase, deep crown molding, and an impressive chandelier with medallion. Wipe your feet, please!

The Living Room
This unfurnished space is the blank decorating canvas we've been looking for! With floor-to-ceiling double pane windows, this room is flooded with natural light and plenty of potential. The living room has hand-crafted coffered ceilings, a five-foot-wide fireplace with a limestone mantel, custom plush pile carpet, and an incredible scenic view of the water.

The Bar Area
The expansive living room is 32 feet by 21 feet – so of course there's a bar area attached. This party hostess' dream spot has a custom walnut bar with granite countertop, two alabaster chandeliers and a custom suspended wine rack. Can we be invited to the next soiree, please?

This extravagant kitchen – which is the ideal spot for whipping up all of your party favorites just in time for Christmas – has custom cabinetry, under-counter lighting, an island with seating for 6, two dishwashers, a 60"-wide double convection oven, and a 36" refrigerator with a cabinet front. Off of the kitchen, you'll find a quaint breakfast room with a triple-sided wood-burning fireplace, conical ceiling, and bay of windows.

We're sold. This 16-foot refrigerated space is dedicated soley to keeping our beloved bottles of vino safe. The wine cellar has a tile floor, custom shelving with space for both single bottles and wine cases, walnut cabinetry with a marble countertop, and a custom wine glass rack. We'll meet you in the cellar – all sommeliers welcome.

The Barn (& Guest Flat!)
If the home itself isn't enough to sell you, the property also hosts a five-stall working barn for all of your horses. The barn has sliding wood and iron barn doors, rubber matting throughout, and Dutch exterior and iron weave stall doors. The space also has a tack room, feed room, office, and fenced paddock. Attached to the barn is a guest flat – the perfect spot for family to stay over the winter holidays. This space has a full kitchen with maple cabinets, a full bathroom with double vanity, and a bedroom with balcony access and a walk-in closet.
