House hunting, anyone?

If you’re a fan of HGTV’s Fixer Upper (and let's face it, who isn't?), then you may recall homeowners Matt and Melissa Yeilding from season four and their 1958 ranch house called “The Plain Gray Ranch,” which, at the time, was in serious need of a design overhaul.

Thanks to trusted home-renovation duo, Chip and Joanna Gaines, and their signature deft touch, the aptly-named three bedroom, two bath home was transformed into one of the most charming sites in Woodway, Texas. No longer plain or gray, the Gaineses fulfilled the young couple’s dream, remodeling the home into a wide-open living space perfect for entertaining. They also brightened each room with take-notice lighting and colors that elevated the fabled house from shabby to stellar. And now, for $310,000, it could all be yours.

Right about now you’re probably thinking of all the distinctive ways to describe what may end up being your new home. Let us help you. For starters, there are dark shutters, natural wood window boxes, columns and sconces, a bench seat, free-flowing floor plan, a large backyard, twin bathroom vanities, and French doors. Shall we go on? While you’re gushing over those details and the exterior, here's a glimpse inside of this beauty, courtesy of HouseBeautiful—just in case you missed the unveiling last season.

What the house looked like before Chip and Joanna worked their makeover magic:

Like the wooden front door, the front porch—with its new railing and stately columns—creates an inviting entrance.
