Soak florist foam in water. Place floral foil in the bottom of bowl and place foam on top. Use picks to place produce, starting with the atrichoke and the cabagge.
Place smaller produce in groups around larger pieces. Trim flowers and place them to fill in open space.
Continue filling with flowers and produce until centerpiece is complete.
