Spook dinner guests with this easy Halloween craft using just hot glue, copper wire, a couple taper candles, and glass candleholders. A little hot glue makes for an inexpensive (and easy to clean up!) spiderweb effect, especially compared to the stringy store-bought stuff you’ll be finding throughout your house all year long. These creepy crawly Halloween candleholders would be perfect arranged as the centerpiece of a festive spread, or strategically placed throughout your home for a little subtler spook. We used black and white candles, but you could use any color you have on hand. Plus, mix and match the holders for extra haunted-house charm. -Taper candles (we used black and white)
-Spool of 24-gauge copper wire

Allow the wire to fall from one end of spool in a “slinky-type” fashion. Place the taper inside the copper coil and cut at the desired length. Push cut end of wire near the top of candle, leaving bottom end unattached.
Press/pull wire at various places to make an irregular shape. Drip hot glue to form wax-looking drips over the wire. Continue until the desired look is achieved.
Continue dripping glue until desired look is reached. Place in candle holder.
