Tie each strip (alternating designs/colors) around both wreaths, overlapping a bit so that the white foam doesn’t show.

Cut 2, 14” pieces of chenille to form cat's ears. Take chenille piece, fold in thirds, twist bottom end and wrap with a black pipe cleaner. Shape into ear by pressing sides together and forming a point at the top.

Connect wreaths with a piece of orange felt, allowing movement between the 2 wreaths. Attach the ears by wrapping the pipe cleaner around the top wreath, placing approximately 4 inches apart.
