We know one place you can still get a Valentine's Day reservation: Waffle House. If enjoying your smothered and covered hash browns by candlelight on a white tablecloth sounds like your kind of date night, check out the list of participating locations where you can get your brinner on this February 14.

It seems we weren't the only ones thrilled about a romantic night at WH. Host of iHeart Radio's nationally syndicated country morning show and New York Times best selling author Bobby Bones plans to spoil his lady, country singer Lindsay Ell, with dinner at Waffle House too. Of course, we needed to find out more so we chatted with him about his love of Waffle House and upcoming Valentine's date.

We'll start by saying Bones' love affair with Waffle House goes way back. He spent almost four years frequenting Waffle House at least three nights a week. You see, he worked until midnight at his radio station in Hot Springs, Arkansas, and then drove an hour to the Waffle House where he would eat and study until 2 am, and from there get up and go to class at 8 am. That's dedication, folks.

And now, the hard hitting facts that you really need (read: want) to know.

Why Waffle House for Valentine's Day?
"I saw a story online that they were having a special Valentine's dinner, and so this combined two things I care about deeply! Waffle House and my girlfriend. I called, made a reservation, and away we go!"

What is your traditional Waffle House order?
"My normal order is steak and eggs…. with my hash browns covered, chunked, and diced. Also an orange juice. And I love grits."

Have you ever taken a date to Waffle House before?
