When Costco started selling frozen cauliflower pizza, we started patroling the freezer aisles of the warehouse club like never before. A few trips later, and we wonder how we went on so many Costco runs without beelining there for more healthy staples.

Now, thanks to a handy guide from The Kitchn on the 10 Frozen Foods This Nutritionist Always Buys at Costco by Heather McClees, we've got a few new favorites to add to our shopping list.

1. Kirkland Signature Golden Sweet Pineapple Chunks

"The first time I opened this massive five-pound bag of frozen pineapple I knew I'd be hooked. The frozen 'Golden Sweet Pineapple Chunks,' as Costco calls it, is the sweetest, best-tasting frozen pineapple I've ever had; it tastes so close to what a fresh one tastes like," notes McClees. Try tossing a handful into a smoothie or serving atop oatmeal (after defrosting, of course)

2. Petite Asparagus Spears

Have your kebabs or salmon burgers charred to perfection, but don't have anything handy in the fridge or pantry to make a side dish? To make a casual grilled summer meal complete, let asparagus come to your rescue. These spears are flavor-packed and filled with vitamin B6, fiber, and vitamin C.

3. Green Giant Riced Cauliflower

From that beloved frozen, gluten-free pizza to creamed soup, cauliflower seems like its own food group sometimes. Riced cauliflower is a boon for bulking up soups or chili, or serving on its own with some sautéed garlic and olive oil.
