Here are some simple main dishes that are special enough for entertaining and come together in 30 minutes or less. Turkey piccata. A quick Italian-style dish that goes great over pasta, turkey piccata is flavorful and has plenty of flair. Thin slices of fresh turkey are lightly coated in flour, then pan-seared and topped with a zesty sauce made from white wine, fresh lemon juice, butter, and capers. The six ingredient simplicity of almond crusted tilapia makes it an ideal choice for entertaining. With ten ingredients and a large skillet, you can serve your guests delicious Tuscan pork chops in less than 20 minutes. This recipe features seared, inch thick, boneless pork chops, topped with a fresh homemade tomato sauce. To save time when making the sauce, substitute bottled minced garlic for fresh minced garlic cloves. Served with roasted fingerling potatoes, this main dish is hearty enough to satisfy the hungriest of diners. These easy main dishes are quick, simple and tasty.
