That's right, those colorful fasteners you barely give a second glance tell a tale that goes beyond expiration dates and ingredients lists. As Tasting Table recently pointed out, the color of the ties are far from arbitrary. In fact, each color indicates which day of the week the bread was baked on. Mind = blown. Most stores don't get deliveries on Wednesdays and Sundays. It's an interesting fact, but experts say it's not something shoppers should worry about.
