Sometimes the last thing we need is a sink full of dishes to wash at the end of the day, but it doesn't mean we're going to sacrifice a delicious, home-cooked meal. That's when we break out our sheet pan to save the day. It's no surprise that we love quick one-dish dinners, and it's also no secret that we love cooking with tasty and budget-friendly pork. So, for us, the perfect answer to weeknight dinners lies in a deliciously easy sheet pan pork supper. Here are a few of our favorite sheet pan pork supper recipes that we're loving right now.

This hearty sheet pan supper is a cinch to make and full of flavor. We rubbed pork chops with mustard and dredged them in herbed bread crumbs, and the vegetables get a drizzle of vinaigrette before serving. Dredge only one side of each pork chop in the panko mixture to keep the underside of the meat from becoming soggy.

Sheet pan nachos are a great way to use up your favorite pulled pork. Bake the nachos until the cheese turns warm and gooey, then load them up with sliced avocados, tomatoes, corn, and cilantro for a hefty appetizer or a complete meal. If there's a big game on, this will make the family happy and full.
