I'm Elizabeth Heiskell, the debutant farmer. Pickled Okra is absolutely perfect by itself, but there's always a little room for some [UNKNOWN]. This is one of my most favorite orders. So what we're gonna do, we're gonna stuff our pickled okra with our famous pimiento cheese. We start on the pimiento cheese in its shredded cheddar Do not go and purchase the already shredded cheddar. You're going to have to do this with your box grater. It's going to make all the difference in the world. We also do a little bit of green onions, we roast our red peppers, pecans, and then of course a little cajun seasoning, a little bit of worcestershire, and then a couple of good shakes. Add some tabasco. Now this hors d'oeuvre could not be any simpler. Once you've made the [UNKNOWN] cheese, you take your beautiful ochra that you have pickled. You make a nice little slit in it. And then you just mound some of the [UNKNOWN] cheese right into that little slit. And you've got an hors d'oeuvre. That everyone is going to go wild over. And that is the perfect beginning to a lovely dinner party. [MUSIC]
