You just have two forks, and if you've cooked it long enough, and cooked it right. The meat's just gonna fall apart. You're gonna slide the bone out. And there's only one. And you're gonna separate what little fat's left, from the meat. So you're gonna end up with these several hunks of meat. Take the two forks and tear it apart. And there's your pulled pork.
