An undercooked turkey doesn't have to ruin your Thanksgiving feast! We'll show you how to keep your guests satisfied and salvage the turkey in no time.
[MUSIC] What do you do if you start carving the turkey and realize it isn't fully cooked? In the time it would take for a pizza to be delivered, you can salvage your holiday meal. Take the bird back to the kitchen and carve just enough for single servings for each guest. Place the pieces on a foil-lined sheet tray and roast at 375 until fully cooked. Then put the half-carved turkey back in the oven. Covered in foil so it doesn't dry out. And let it finish cooking. Remember wash the carving utensils. The cutting board. And the serving tray before using them again.
