In the south, Christmas, is a time for entertaining, and there are so many beautiful, traditions, involved in preparing, a holiday, meal and serving it to families and friends. Here are some ideas, on how to get your dining room, ready, to celebrate the season, in style. The dining room, is the perfect spot, to have the best of both worlds,modern and traditional,formal and casual. Mix formal wedding china with casual everyday dinnerware, for a look ,that's ,festive, but not too stiff. The holidays, are the best, time, to set a grand and gracious table. Use, fresh flowers and abundant candlelight, to set ,the tone for a spirited feast. Consider wrapping, napkins and Hydrangeas and standing place cards on pretty round mound ornaments. [MUSIC] For a more casual feel, set your table, buffet style. This, Tartan, plaid, theme, dining room, is inspired by a classic Scottish print, but features, a fresh take on traditional red and green.
