If you're like me, you crave dishes from your favorite Mexican restaurant at least once a week. Those baskets of crispy chips with queso dip and cheese-laden entrées taste heavenly, but they're usually very high in fat and calories.
Here's a solution--savor the flavors you love, but make them healthier by using plenty of appetizing fresh ingredients. Sampling this spread will have you saying que rico (yummy)!
