Our favorite as of late? The organic, pre-cooked spaghetti squash, sans seeds and ready for you to transform it into a quick, flavor-packed weeknight supper. Use it to swap in for spaghetti or another shape of pasta in your favorite pasta recipe. Spaghetti squash with tomato sauce, bread crumbs, and fresh basil, anyone? Or, whip up a simple side by mixing spaghetti squash with olive oil and red chile pepper flakes. Even if you can't find the offering at your local Costco, your mouth is probably starting to water enough that you're ready to see if other supermarkets carry the tasty, natural delight. Recently, The Kitchn wrote of the product, "We fully admit that this is totally a brilliant idea: It's a six-pack of cooked and shredded spaghetti squash. It's just kind of jarring to see. Spaghetti squash is supposed to come in nature's very own hard-to-open package. What's next? A bucket of bulk, pre-shucked oysters?"
