And here's why.

I receive a lot of product. My aim is to give almost everything a go, unless said product looks highly questionable—i.e. as though it was made in someone’s basement. That's when I'm going to take a hard pass. And, on rare occasions, an itty-bitty product might slip past me without notice only to be buried in the beauty closet abyss. Thankfully that was not the fate of SUNDÃRI’s Chamomile Eye Oil.

Let me tell you something, this stuff is amazing. It has easily become the best part of my skincare routine. Around 4 p.m. everyday I start looking at the clock, wistfully counting down the hours until I climb in bed and dab on this therapeutic lightweight oil. It’s almost replaced that first cup of coffee as my morning MVP too. Keyword: almost. When people ask me the one skincare item I can’t live without, aside from SPF, this is it. We can probably all agree I’ve waxed on enough about how much I love it, so let’s get down to the good stuff: Here’s why you should spend $49 on a 0.3 FL. OZ bottle of yellowish oil.

The first thing you’ll notice is the fragrance that’s like popping into a spa (thanks, chamomile). It works together with avocado oil to smooth, nourish, and soften that super-delicate skin around the eyes. Gently dab it on and follow up with your favorite moisturizer. At first I was hesitant to give this a go before applying my makeup. I had visions of concealer slip-sliding right off my face. I give it a few minutes to soak in, but otherwise apply makeup as usual with no issue. I’m sure that comes as no surprise, though, after reading 298 words on why I’m obsessed.

Count this as one of the few products I’m game to spend my pennies on now that countless concealers, lipsticks, serums, and moisturizers make their way across my desk each month. When I get down to the last drop you can bet I’ll have a new bottle on order within minutes.
