Spring is finally upon us, but somehow it feels a little different this go-around. Call it our newfound less-is-more philosophy, but we’re paring down our beauty routines in a way that goes heavy on the skincare and subtle on the makeup. The au naturel look is in—we know, Mama would be aghast—and we’re aiming to let our fingers and toes try this minimalist look on for size. We’ll be dressing our digits with the season’s best creamy, cool beiges from Easter through Memorial Day (bonus points for not having to match our mani to our outfits). In an ode to the of-the-moment hue, we’ve rounded up three of our favorite nude nail polishes that are primed to make their way across the well polished set this spring. Try one or try them all, just be prepared to step into this lacquer trend with your best foot forward.
Côte No. 12
The brand is calling this a pearly camel—we call it practically perfect in every way. Côte is quickly becoming an industry favorite among polish lovers looking for more natural formulas that skip many of those harmful toxins that typically come packed in each little glass bottle.

Essie Pass-Port To Sail
This preppy, sandy beige is slightly sheer and a no-brainer for those who prefer a cleaner look. Top with Essie’s Gel-Setter Top Coat for a mani with staying power.

Revlon Elegant
This budget pick is just a little warmer than No. 12 and Pass-Port To Sail and would work beautifully on richer skin tones. If you’re not ready to fully commit to a matchy-matchy neutral mani-pedi, try this on your fingers and go for a pop of bright color on your toes (think OPI Cajun Shrimp).
