Lemon Breeland's Best Fashion Moments in Bluebell, Alabama
Lemon Breeland is a Southern belle, no doubt about it. From her homemade pies to her impeccable hosting skills, she embodies the modern Southern woman who still holds tradition near and dear. Her feminine frocks and perfectly coifed curls might give us June Cleaver vibes, but her sassy quips and sweeter-than-syrup smile go Scarlett O’Hara all the way. As a Southern woman, she knows what she wants and always finds a way to achieve it, whether with fresh-baked goodies or old-fashioned scheming, and always with fresh lipstick and her heels on. No matter the occasion, Lemon makes us swoon with her flawless style choices full of classy elegance and Southern charm. We can't get enough of her tea-length dresses, strings of pearls, and pops of color. So, in honor of the endless fashion inspiration she’s always doling out, here are some of our favorite moments Lemon has stolen our hearts on the streets of Bluebell throughout the seasons.
Rocking Her Signature Color
No one does yellow quite like Lemon, and she knows that a red lip is the perfect accessory.
Delivering Baked Goods
We’re sure she looks just as good as that homemade pie she’s delivering will taste: amazing. The classic updo, pink lip, and floral dress are just too perfect.
We rarely see this much green in a single outfit, but Lemon makes it look straight out of a J. Crew catalog. Her fuzzy white sweater is giving us major winter inspiration.
Flouncing About Town
We think she might be dreaming up dresses that could top this gorgeous pick, but we bet she'll have a hard time.
Glowing in Rose
Have you ever seen a sight so glowing and dreamy? We need to find this rose-hued lace dress and matching accessories ASAP.
Making Moves in Mint
Lemon is always a lady on a mission, and this mint outfit no doubt helped her accomplish her goals that day. This tweed sequin skirt is absolutely to-die-for. (Not to mention, her platinum locks and glowing skin are inducing a twinge of jealousy!)
Keeping Classy and Chic
This sparkly skirt, delicate lace top, and jeweled headband combo looks straight out of our preppy Southern dreams.
Popping in Red
Lemon usually left the bright cherry red for her lips, but this festive outfit did the job just fine. She gets extra points for the studded brown belt!
Inspiring Our Halloween Costumes
Lemon made everyone else at the 1920s-themed party look like amateurs after rolling up in this jaw-dropping look—and we love her dark eye makeup and lipstick that strayed from her classic beauty routine.
Owning the Jumpsuit Style
We’re getting major Draper James vibes from this blue-and-white jumpsuit, making us wonder if Lemon has Reese Witherspoon on speed dial. The gold accents give a glamorous touch, while her adorable side braid keeps it casual.
Making Neon Completely Acceptable
Who else could rock a neon outfit complete with tweed and a huge floral print? No one, that’s who.
Walking Down the Aisle (Or Not)
Let’s not forget this stunning wedding gown speckled with delicate flowers we’re sure some Southern fairy godmother conjured—and worn with her signature pearls, no less.
Looking Like a Watercolor Dream
This caped dress in lush pastels swayed and swished with her every move, making us wish we could look as fashionable while scheming to get our way too.
Hosting Tea Time
This peachy dress and flower-dotted cardigan is classy and elegant, perfect for serving a glass of sweet tea in the sunroom.
Wearing the Chicest Tweed
An adorable pink bubble dress with a metallic, pearl-embossed tweed jacket? Seriously, Lemon, we need your closet.
Hosting with Style
We remember this disastrous hosting attempt, foiled by trying to impress her date while sick and getting accidentally cough syrup loopy. Her tight floral knee-length dress and matching statement necklace had him fooled for a while, though.
Arriving in Style
There was never an event that Lemon didn’t show up dressed to impress, and we always loved this black and pale blue dress that was breezy and light. Her perfectly paired fuchsia lip made a great finishing touch.
This outfit is so classic Lemon. You have the feminine silhouette, preppy accents, red lip, and great hair—what more could we ask for?
Draped in Pearls
She stunned in this silky cream ensemble while hosting a turtle race, if memory serves. The pearls, the gloves, that hat—we want it all.
While she’s known for her 1950s style, Lemon went with this color-blocked dress that goes a little 60s mod, and we’re loving it. The geometric pattern and leather accents show Lemon’s eventual embrace of some edgier looks.
Making Butterflies Her Thing
We can’t figure out where she might have found her matching butterfly hair accessory—not pictured super well here, sorry!—to go with her adorable pink butterfly-patterned dress, but we’ll take two.
Only Lemon could make a crop top and skirt look appropriate and adorable. Her pale blue sweater magically goes with the olive green sequin skirt better than anything else we could imagine.
Cooling Off Summertime
This bright summer set looks more playful than many of her go-to silhouettes, but we just know she has a lightweight cardigan tucked away in her bag down there.
Keeping It Conservative
When hosting a more conservative affair, Lemon knows how to dress the part. She sticks with her flattering silhouettes and often adds a special touch, like this navy sequin jacket.
Elevating Hot Air Balloons
This tie-front blouse has hot air balloons all over it, and we never knew we needed such a thing until now. In true Lemon fashion, a flawlessly coordinated skirt finishes the look.
