Second, are you going to incorporate bangs? If yes, take these tips into consideration when deciding what type of bangs would work best for you. Blunt Bangs
These are best for calling attention to your eyes. "Straight-across bangs with curved edges complement the square bob. It creates a really mod, edgy, standout look. The strong lines put facial features in laser focus,” says Dear.

Sideswept Bangs
These are best for camouflaging thinning hair. "I recommend this for ladies whose hair isn't very thick. The bob is all about a strong angle—and thinner front pieces don't lend themselves to a sharp corner—so adding a soft eyebrow-level fringe is usually best,” says Dear.

How To Perfectly Tease Your Hair
One thing’s for sure—Southern girls love big hair. And they know how to rock timeless looks that never go out of style. Sometimes you would love for your hair to have a little more body, and there are a few simple steps you can take to get it. Give your hair a glam pick-me-up for that special event you have coming up or just for your everyday look. This effortless yet elegant look is sure to impress. The Birmingham-based bloggers at Irrelephant show you the best way to tease your hair. Follow this tutorial for lifted roots that last.
Start by sectioning your hair at the crown of your head. Take a small section of hair, and spray it with medium-hold hairspray, from root to tip. Using a fine-toothed comb, push the hair down to the scalp three times. This will give the roots more lift and add to your hair’s overall volume. Repeat this step two more times with sections ending at the crown. Once you’re down, flip the hair back into place, and gently smooth out the tease with a comb. Next, move on to the front of your hair. Take a section of the left side of your hair, spray it with hair spray, and tease. Repeat this step with two more sections, or however much volume you desire on that side. Flip it back into place, and gently smooth it out with a comb. Move on to the right section of your hair. Take a portion, spray it, and tease. Repeat this step with two more sections, or however much volume you desire on that side. Flip the hair back into place, and gently smooth it with a comb. Finish off the look with hairspray. And you’re ready to go! For added volume, we recommend these products. This perfectly tousled, blown-out look will carry you from day to night.

Long Bangs
These are best for highlighting strong cheekbones. "Fringe is the ultimate face framer, and it's going to accentuate the area of your face it hits. Those with rounder faces might want to stay away from this length; it will only make the face look rounder,” says Dear.
